Our structural analysis and design software is compatible with popular BIM platforms, including Revit and TEKLA, enabling seamless collaboration with other contractors.

In cases where Health and Safety (H&S) or Operation and Maintenance (O&M) data is unavailable, we conduct on-site surveys to gather the necessary information. Our structural calculations are developed using the same BIM model as our General Arrangement, Concrete, and Structural Detail drawings, ensuring consistent, error-free integration with the project.

Solar PV Enablement

As part of upgrading existing buildings, we offer structural and fabric assessments, providing bespoke solutions to facilitate the installation of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems. This includes assessments of roof capabilities, along with the installation of mounting systems, cable management, and inverters.

Steel Fabrication Detailing

Our team uses Tekla and Revit to ensure seamless coordination with other project components, ensuring the highest quality of work.

Steelwork Fabrication and Installation Services

Lynx Building Solutions provides steelwork fabrication and installation services for a wide variety of structures, including new builds, vehicle washes, gatehouses, inverter buildings, riser steelwork, and pipe and cable bridges. We also support the refurbishment of existing buildings, including structural enhancements.

All steelwork supplied by Lynx is fully CE marked, ensuring that it meets the necessary quality and safety standards. Our commitment to quality is at the heart of every project we undertake.

Throughout the steelwork installation phase, every project is carefully controlled by our Project Teams and Site Managers. Before any work begins on site, we develop a detailed Method Statement, which includes a comprehensive description of the work procedures along with necessary risk assessments. All erectors are fully briefed and committed to following the Method Statement before arriving on site, and this process is reinforced with regular toolbox talks. We never compromise on safety, and our H&S Managers carry out routine inspections on all our sites to ensure the highest safety standards are adhered to.

Surveying and Consultancy

We offer a full range of surveying services, including roof condition surveys, dilapidation reports, pre-acquisition assessments, and drone surveying. Our reports provide clear, concise recommendations for repairs and future maintenance, ensuring the long-term stability and safety of your structures. Client reports include:
